Description
- Provide first and second-line support for Murex applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with trading and risk management teams to understand their needs and enhance system capabilities.
- Manage and support Markit Wire functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with Murex.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to optimize functionality.
- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles for user reference.
- Participate in training sessions for end-users to enhance system utilization.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Proven experience in Murex support or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of trading processes and risk management.
- Familiarity with Markit Wire is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
