Position: Netsuite Programme Manager
Location: South East 2 days per week, with remote working and 1-day travel per week to London
Rate: £600 per day
Duration: 6 months
Are you an experienced Netsuite Programme Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing retail client? We are seeking a talented individual to oversee the implementation of Netsuite into our client's IT environment. If you have a strong background in Netsuite implementation and programme management, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Netsuite across our client's IT landscape, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budget.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, define project scope, and create a comprehensive implementation plan.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, motivating and supporting them in delivering high-quality results.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and facilitate knowledge transfer to the support team for ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Netsuite Programme Manager, overseeing successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Netsuite functionalities, configuration, and integration capabilities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel to London once a week for on-site collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
