JD –
- Any Must have skill or experience - Network Operations & Monitoring
- Monitor network performance and availability using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or equivalent.
- Respond to alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
- Maintain operational documentation including network diagrams, incident logs, and change records.
- Security & Access Control
- Operate and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls, managing policies and updates via Panorama.
- Support Cisco ISE for network access control, including 802.1X authentication and guest access.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and assist in vulnerability remediation.
- Infrastructure Support
- Perform configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cisco switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Support SD-WAN operations including link monitoring, policy updates, and failover testing.
- Assist in network expansions, migrations, and upgrades.
- Patching & Maintenance
- Schedule and apply firmware and software patches to network devices in accordance with change management policies.
- Track patch compliance and maintain version control across all network hardware.
- Reporting & Collaboration
- Generate regular reports on network health, uptime, and incident trends.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve network reliability and automation.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated issues.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in network operations or support roles.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Panorama, Cisco ISE, Cisco switching/routing/wireless, SD-WAN, and patching processes.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ITSM platforms.
- Certifications such as PCNSA, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
