Description

JD –
  1. Any Must have skill or experience - Network Operations & Monitoring
  2. Monitor network performance and availability using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or equivalent.
  3. Respond to alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
  4. Maintain operational documentation including network diagrams, incident logs, and change records.
  5. Security & Access Control
  6. Operate and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls, managing policies and updates via Panorama.
  7. Support Cisco ISE for network access control, including 802.1X authentication and guest access.
  8. Ensure compliance with security standards and assist in vulnerability remediation.
  9. Infrastructure Support
  10. Perform configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cisco switches, routers, and wireless access points.
  11. Support SD-WAN operations including link monitoring, policy updates, and failover testing.
  12. Assist in network expansions, migrations, and upgrades.
  13. Patching & Maintenance
  14. Schedule and apply firmware and software patches to network devices in accordance with change management policies.
  15. Track patch compliance and maintain version control across all network hardware.
  16. Reporting & Collaboration
  17. Generate regular reports on network health, uptime, and incident trends.
  18. Collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve network reliability and automation.
  19. Participate in on-call rotations and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated issues.
  20. Required Skills & Qualifications
  21. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  22. 10–12 years of experience in network operations or support roles.
  23. Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Panorama, Cisco ISE, Cisco switching/routing/wireless, SD-WAN, and patching processes.
  24. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ITSM platforms.
  25. Certifications such as PCNSA, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
