New Business Development Consultant - Contact Centre - UK - remote - £k base + fantastic commission
You will be an experienced New Business/Sales executive with experience in the UK Contact Centre industry ideally across enterprise, SME's etc. in multiple industry domains. Excellent opportunity to join this well-established, fast-growing and dynamic organisation.
Role/duties include:
- To drive opportunity identification and conversion of the appropriate suite of Customer Experience solutions portfolio.
- To achieve sales quotas and goals by ensuring that all sales leads are identified confirmed with the customer and then converted.
- To effectively manage customer relationships in line with contact strategies.
- To protect revenue, to win back business from competitors and to develop future business growth, ensuring that targets are exceeded
- Deliver on-site or virtual product presentations or demonstrations for visiting customers as required by management.
- To understand the customers' key business drivers and strategic requirements and align our solutions and offerings to provide maximum value to the client.
- Build and maintain a rich pipeline of opportunities across your sector/region which will enable you to forecast accurately across future quarters, achieve agreed sales targets and maintaining predictability of future revenue.
- Work with our technology partners to drive opportunities and revenue generation and to build and maintain successful partnerships.
- Build strong personal and trusting relationships with clients, internal teams, and providing expert advice that will result in best-in-class solutions to clients.
- Team with partners, as well as channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Proven Field Sales experience within the Contact Centre market space.
- Preparation and delivery of presentations and solution proposals and the active management of the full sales cycle.
The position requires excellent organisational skills, quick thinking, and the ability to manage multiple and diverse responsibilities. The candidate should ideally have experience working in a busy environment, operate independently, deliver against targets, and engage and present to clients at C' Suite Level. The ideal candidate would be responsible for a variety of leadership support, with the aim of leading a team of similar candidates. This role requires a high degree of independent, strategic thinking and execution as well as strong communication skills and a sense of ownership.
