Project Overview
For an international transformation program in a highly cross-cultural environment, we are looking for an experienced OCM / Change Management Lead to support the discovery and alignment phase of a strategic SAP / ERP transformation initiative.
The assignment requires strong stakeholder management capabilities, cultural sensitivity, and proven experience in complex international transformation environments.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop a high-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) approach for the transformation program
  2. Conduct stakeholder mapping across multiple international locations
  3. Perform a cultural readiness assessment within a cross-cultural business environment
  4. Create a high-level communication and engagement plan
  5. Provide recommendations for leadership alignment and executive engagement
  6. Deliver all findings and recommendations as part of the final Discovery Report appendix
Required Skills & Experience
  1. 5–10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management within SAP / ERP transformation programs
  2. Strong background in international and culturally diverse transformation environments
  3. Proven experience with stakeholder management and executive communication
  4. Experience in M&A-related transformation projects is a strong advantage
  5. Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  6. High level of cultural awareness; experience working with Asian business cultures is a plus
Language Requirements
  1. Native-level French is mandatory
  2. Fluent English required
Project Details
  1. Start: May 2026
  2. Duration: Initial assignment until June 2026, extension option possible (conditional trigger)
  3. Workload: Full-time on active project days
  4. Volume: Minimum 10 project days, capped at 20 project days depending on scope
  5. Location: Greater Paris / Île-de-France
  6. Remote / On-site: Approximately one week on-site in Paris, remainder remote; occasional travel to secondary locations possible
