Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Cluster team & affiliates to drive OCM for the deployment
- Plan and execute change management, training, communications, and user adoption activities per OCM standards
- Oversee OCM Wave tasks, outcomes, and timelines; collaborate with local OCM SPOCs
- Identify and remediate change management and user adoption risks
- Ensure OCM activities align with deployment timelines and integrate with other workstreams
- Coach local senior leaders to act as change sponsors
- Implement OCM strategy covering executive alignment, stakeholder, communications, readiness assessments, journey mapping, and change impact management with execution of resulting action items
- Address changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures
- Create/execute plans to maximize employee adoption & minimize resistance
Must have experience/skills
- Proven experience in consulting in OCM Lead roles, especially for large-scale SAP/ERP (or equivalent) implementation projects
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience leading and mentoring project teams and familiarity with project management, incl. tools, risk management, and project life cycle phases
- SAP/ERP (or equivalent) large-scale implementation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and defined language as per requirements on page 10
- Ability to work with virtual teams across different time zones and cultures
- Experience in a life science environment is preferred
