Description
Seeking a Project Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives in engineering processes. This role focuses on process optimization, productivity enhancement, and operational excellence implementation. The ideal candidate has expertise in engineering, digital workflows, and software solution development, with a proven record in production or engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardize engineering processes
- Analyze processes and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead digital transformation by integrating tools and technologies
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to implement improvements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in planning or construction management
- Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with digital transformation and software development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in engineering or related field
- Experience in large-scale, fast-paced construction projects
Conditions:
- Start: February
- Full-time (5 man-days/week)
- 50% home office / 50% on-site in Stockholm, Sweden
- English required (German not necessary)
