Oracle, Cloud, Fusion, Lead, Functional, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Romania

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Finance implementations, including at least 2 full end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Finance modules (eg, Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets).
  • Experience of implementing Europe VAT and localization solutions is preferred.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud (ERP Cloud) implementations.
  • Proven project management and leadership skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a global environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Oracle certifications (eg, Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist).
  • Language Known: English is must. German/French/Dutch is desirable.
