Functional Expertise

6+ years of Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional experience, with strong UK Payroll expertise.

In-depth knowledge of:

UK payroll legislation and HMRC compliance

PAYE, NI, statutory absences and payments

Auto-enrolment pensions and attachments

Experience in Fusion Payroll retro processing and reconciliation.

Experience with global payroll implementations (UK as primary country).

Technical & Tools Knowledge

Hands-on experience with:

HDL/HSDL

OTBI & BI Publisher

Good understanding of Fast Formulas (Payroll & Absence).

Knowledge of Fusion HCM Extracts.

Experience with Fusion quarterly updates and regression testing.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Oracle Fusion Absence Management (UK).

Exposure to Payroll Interface/Third-party payroll integrations.

Oracle Fusion Payroll certification.

Experience in AMS/Managed Services support.
