Description
- The critical priority for the team is someone that has a well-rounded knowledge of Oracle HCM and can do the actual configuration.
We are looking for someone with the following experience.
- Ideally, a minimum of 10+ years' experience in HCM
- Absence Management Configuration
- Global HR Configuration
- Implementation experience, with a Key Role - we've spoken with people who had experience with translating data to load but no config experience, which we need.
- Performance & Talent Management Experience
- Understanding of personalization & Security
- Technical experience Fast Formula/HDSL/HDL & OTBI reporting.
