Description

Current requirement for an Order Process Facilitator, this will be a minimum 12 month contract.

  • Responsible for Delivery of services like SDWAN/IP data/Voice and transmission for domestic and international enterprise customers
  • Validations of orders in systems and other inventories
  • Conduct a kick-off/Handover meeting with the design & all relevant stakeholder team
  • End-to-end service design tasks in Customer, Core and Access network design
  • Ensures all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet agreed SLA's
  • Effectively applies telecom methodology and enforces performance standards.
  • Monitoring the Project to meet the committed Timelines from client
  • Co-ordinate with both Internal/external stakeholders regarding circuit delivery works.
  • Work with carrier and other 3rd party suppliers for carrier ordering and ensure circuit is delivered on time
  • Manage the inventories and keep them updated as per the different milestone of delivery
  • FER (Field Engineer Request) scheduling and coordination with field for installation.
  • Perform escalation management, wherever necessary and in case project is in jeopardy.
  • Planning, coordinating and execution of field activities
  • Drove investigation of root cause analysis for critical events.
  • Should keep good quality of work, maintain data integrity
  • Co-ordinating with the Project managers in providing solution to complex situations.
  • Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves problems, and takes corrective action when required.
  • Ensures that all installation works are completed at the right time by coordinating with carrier
  • Active participation during circuit activation/migration works.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Graduate Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunications)
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Telecom Domain-Jr. Executive
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Telecom Domain-Executive
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Telecom domain Sr. Executive
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Telecom & hands-on experience on project management/stakeholder management
  • PMP/Prince2 preferable
  • Knowledge on telecom products/services like Wireless, IP services & Fixed etc
  • Good understanding of telecom standards & protocols - Telecom Testing (VOIP), RF Installation and Testing Knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and good knowledge in documentations
  • A good team player & good Customer experience/satisfaction.
  • Exposure to International client facing functions
