Part Time Client Relationship Executive

Salary £24k-£28k pro-rata dependent on skills and experience + benefits

Location: High Wycombe (Hybrid option)

Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week

We’re looking for a part-time Client Relationship Executive to join our friendly team at ActionCOACH Chilterns Central. For the past 8 years we have been supporting our local Business Owners to grow their businesses, by making more profits and strengthening their teams and there are so many more who need our help. We’re on our mission to be “the hub of learning and inspiration for Bucks based SME business owner’s” and we’re making strong progress. Now we need your help to keep all the cogs whirring smoothly.

The key purpose of this role is:

  • To hone and drive the processes that support our clients to maximise their results from our business coaching, as well as to organise the sales and onboarding processes for new clients. This will involve working as a team alongside our dedicated Telemarketing BDM and our Digital Marketing support.
  • To build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.

  • Must be 100% fluent in written and spoken English, with strong spelling and grammar, experienced in crafting professional email, voicemail and WhatsApp communications.
  • At least 24 months working in a customer facing office environment, ideally (but not necessarily) in the professional services sector.
  • Confident in the use of a range computer packages – including experience in using office 365 (word, excel and powerpoint), and using a CRM to support client and sales admin (we use Hubspot).
  • Self-sufficient, well-organised team player, who’s happy to go the extra mile – and we’ll go the extra mile for you!

We can be flexible on exact hours and anticipate this will be c. 15 hours worked across 3-4 days a week. The salary will be dependent on experience, in the range of £24-28K, which will be pro-rata according to the final hours agreed.
