Salary range £25-30k full time equivalent

Role Summary:

As the first point of contact for employee issues, the HR Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our HR functions.  This position requires a proactive individual who is organised, empathetic and capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:


  • Manage and administration the company’s various payroll platforms.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing empathy and accuracy.
  • Managing staff records on the online portal including onboarding and off-boarding.
  • Sending communications to staff including Birthday notifications.
  • Liaise with Managers on any concerns raised by employees where appropriate.
  • Liaise with external HR team for any HR advice related support.
  •  Facilitate onboarding and off boarding to our benefits portal.
  • Being a supportive function for employees and Managers.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a HR Administrator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
