Payroll Management Accounting Calculations Cured-In-Place Pipes Civil Engineering Servicio al Cliente Finance Recruitment Infrastructure Management


Our client, a Midlands based civil engineering and infrastructure supplier, are seeking a Payroll Officer to join them on an interim initial 6 month contract basis.

This role will be responsible for processing the payroll for approximately 600 staff, in a timely and accurate manner. Create and maintain payroll records. Calculate wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and timesheet records. Enter payroll information into central system for processing. Issue employees' checks and earnings summaries. Completes payroll reports.

This role will be working closely with the Payroll Officer in the central finance team.

Key requirements:
  • Payroll experience
  • High level of customer service and engagement
  • CIPP professional certificate or qualification in payroll and pension
  • or Advanced/Professional Diploma in Accounting
Please note this role offers flexible, hybrid working.
