Description
PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst.
Key Requirements:
- Review Oracle documentation related to total rewards in order to identify the impact for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
- Document the business impact by highlighting the impact for the users of the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 (HR administrators, system administrators, managers and employees).
- Collaborate with the test manager to provide input in the testing plan and guidance for any application functionality related questions.
- Produce a communication plan and support the related communication for the user community regarding the project.
Key Experience:
- Application functionality PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including but not limited to Absence Management, Core HCM and Payroll.
- PeopleSoft Application Designer, SQL tools.
- Business Analysis.
- Very good communication skills.
- English language.
