Description
As a PLM Senior Project Leader, you'll oversee the delivery of the PLM project, aligning Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain. You'll manage resources, ensure performance, and lead project governance, collaborating closely with the IT project leader and external integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a governance framework with decision flows and roles, and establish metric tracking and document management systems.
- Design an end-to-end stage gate process and align deliverables, quality, costs, timing, and risks with stakeholders.
- Manage the budget and resource allocation.
- Implement a change management plan.
- Define and coordinate the project team, work with Business Process Owners to design robust processes, and oversee tasks and scope with the IT PLM project leader.
Requirements
- At least 10 years' experience in this position
- Knowledge of PLM principles; Dassault Systems PLM (3DS) is a plus.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in R&D, Marketing, or Supply Chain is a plus
- Food & Beverage or FMCG industry experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
