The producer will play a key role in crafting compelling podcast episodes-from planning through to publishing.

Responsibilities:

Plan & Coordinate

  • Maintain high-quality audio standards and engaging content flow

  • Write introductions, segues, and show notes

Guest Management

  • Coordinate with guests, including scheduling and preparing them for recordings

Publishing & Distribution

  • Publish and distribute episodes across major platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts)

  • Follow established publishing workflows (full training provided)

Quality Control

  • Review and ensure consistency across all episodes, including audio quality, editorial accuracy, and tone

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to work weekends-Saturday and Sunday shifts are fixed at 11 hours each

  • Flexibility to work the remaining 18 hours during the week, as scheduled (not self-scheduled)

What We Provide:

  • Full kit and recording equipment

  • Access to platforms and software (excluding Adobe Audition, which candidates must already be familiar with)

  • Training in our publishing process and editing style, especially for field dispatches and narrative voiceovers

If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver under pressure to tight deadlines, we'd love to hear from you.
