Description
We are currently supporting our industrial client in the search for a Product Manager PCR (m/f/d) in the field of molecular diagnostics.
Your responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance in the development of product strategies and roadmaps for PCR systems, assays, and consumables
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through development to market launch and commercial growth
• Advise on market and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities and optimize existing products
• Support go-to-market planning, product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies
• Provide technical guidance for PCR applications and workflow implementations at customer sites
What you bring:
• Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on PCR / molecular diagnostic products
• Strong understanding of PCR technologies (qPCR, dPCR) and workflow implementation
• Experience in developing product strategies and go-to-market activities
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders
What you can look forward to:
• Start: January 2026 / asap
• Duration: 6–12 months with option to extend
• Workload: 4–5 days per week
• Remote allowance: 3 days remote, 2 days on-site per week in Manchester
