We’re looking for a Product Specialist to support and improve adoption of our breeding operations system. If you have experience conducting training, gathering user feedback, and supporting end-users within complex software ecosystems—and ideally an agri or life sciences background—we want to hear from you!
Location: Remote (B2B contract) – Romania, Bulgaria, UK, or Poland

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support and resolve user issues related to breeding systems
Conduct training sessions and workshops tailored to user needs
Create documentation and user support materials
Collect and relay user feedback to internal teams
Support validation of system updates and enhancements
Collaborate across product, operations, and technical teams
Qualifications:
3+ years in a similar software support/training role
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience leading user training sessions
Agri or breeding process knowledge preferred
Tech adaptability and user-focused mindset
