Job Opening: Project Co-ordinator (SAP Experience Required)

Contract: 12-Month Full-Time Contract (with extension potential)
Locations: Malaysia | India | Philippines

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Co-ordinator with strong SAP experience to support a global HR systems landscape. You will be responsible for co-ordinating activities across Legacy SAP systems and their integrations with Workday and AssignmentPro, ensuring smooth alignment across global HR processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Work Model by Location

  • Malaysia: 3 days onsite + 2 days remote
  • India: 3 days onsite + 2 days remote
  • Philippines: Fully remote (5 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate activities across SAP and integrated HR systems.
  • Support Legacy SAP HR system integrations with Workday and AssignmentPro.
  • Assist with global HR system integration projects.
  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, and support governance processes.
  • Liaise with technical teams, HR stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment across global teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience as a Project Co-ordinator, ideally in HR or IT environments.
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP systems (functional exposure required).
  • Experience working with or supporting integration workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills with full fluency in English.
  • Highly organised, structured, and confident managing multiple moving parts.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with Workday or AssignmentPro.
  • Experience in multinational or complex HR system environments.
  • Previous exposure to global HR transformation programmes.
