Project Manager Commercial / IT Integration - 6 months - remote

For our international client, we are looking for an agile Project Manager for international Commercial/IT integration projects with a focus on Salesforce, Case Management, and Contact Center solutions. your tasks are coordinating multiple countries, teams, and external Vendors. The role is not technically hands-on, but requires a solid understanding of process and System integration.

Responsibilities:
- Manage 3 parallel projects across multiple countries
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and shared resources
- Prioritization, timeline management, and stakeholder management
- Oversee integrations, rollouts, and enhancements
- Support the automation of manual commercial/sales processes and ensure realization of savings
- Work in an agile environment with Solution Architects and Product Owners

Key Skills / Experience:
- Strong project management experience (agile)
- Commercial/sales process knowledge (Lead-to-Order, Case Management, Contact Center)
- Experience with Salesforce and cloud integrations
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and prioritization skills
- Experience collaborating with implementation partners / vendors

Project Details:
- Start: Jan/Feb 2026
- 6+ Months
- 5 days/week
- remote + occassional travels to Sofia
