6-month contract
$50 - 60/hour
You'll lead delivery of privacy, compliance, and data governance projects -working closely with global stakeholders to drive change, ensure alignment, and keep things moving.
Expect to manage SaaS implementations from planning through to rollout. You'll gather requirements, manage risk, shape documentation, and coordinate vendors across time zones.
This is a hybrid role that suits someone who moves confidently between project planning and hands-on business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver end-to-end project plans across Compliance, Privacy, and Data Governance workstreams
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting
- Gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Work across Legal, Compliance, Data, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Track progress, lead status meetings, and keep all stakeholders aligned
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage system issues and implementations
- Create process designs, training materials, and governance documentation
What You'll Need:
- Experience delivering SaaS implementation projects within compliance or data governance frameworks
- Strong track record in both project management and business analysis
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders across regions and time zones
- Technical mindset and ability to work closely with IT and systems teams
- Knowledge of privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance principles
- Strong written documentation and presentation skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and adapt to change
