Role: Senior Cluster Manager
Location: Belgium, Europe
Remote/Onsite/Hybrid: Remote
Language: English & Regional language
Objective
Achieve business and service objectives within the assigned cluster in the "top 10" (~1/3 of clusters together representing 50% of contacts/employees/assets under management). Ensure and ensure the professional and qualitative execution of processes, with a view to achieving the operational efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction required with a dynamic and motivated team.
Expertise technique
• Good knowledge of management and coaching skills
• Knowledge of the products and services of bpost and partner bank(s) and other partners, processes and procedures, sales techniques and specific IT applications.
• Have the necessary certificates, in particular for credit intermediation (Consumer Credit and Mortgage Loans) and insurance distribution (Life and Non-Life), (registration as a person responsible for the distribution of insurance products), in order to meet the legal requirements for the exercise of the function
• Good knowledge of the staff regulations, accounting rules, compliance procedures and guidelines and the management tools used.
Projects
The cluster manager will play a key role in the deployment of strategic projects in the network that can have a fundamental impact on the way we work. E.g.:
• business/banking coaching and leadership methodologies such as Qollabi, Pro Practice,...
• NERO's approach
• CRM-, MIFID framework (New Investment Approach)
• product offering ("new to the range", no variant of an existing product)
• initiatives people@core
• Multi-channel (e.g. Retail & Customer Care for complaint handling at the counter and in social media)
