Projectmanager - 6+ months - fulltime - hybrid - ASAP

For our customer we are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to support multiple initiatives within the Global IT organization, focusing on commercial productivity as well as AI/automation transformation projects.

Your main responsibility will be to plan, manage, and successfully deliver multiple agile and classical projects, ensuring alignment across IT, business, and AI/ML stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Manage 2–3 parallel projects/teams in commercial and AI/automation areas

- Plan, execute, and deliver agile (Scrum/Kanban) and waterfall projects on time, budget, and quality

- Setup, plan, manage, and deliver AI/ML transformation projects within deadlines and budgets

- Handle risks, dependencies, and budgets for all projects

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, data scientists, ML engineers, and third-party vendors or consultants

- Drive agile practices and ensure alignment with enterprise digital transformation and AI strategy objectives

- Communicate expectations, progress, and results to team members and stakeholders through agile routines and project governance frameworks

- Foster stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across IT, business, and AI/ML initiatives

- Comply with organizational governance, ethics policies, and standards in relation to the scope of work

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years experience in agile project management

- Proven experience as Project Manager or Program Manager with focus on commercial processes, AI/ML transformation, and enterprise technology implementation

- Strong skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously across different maturity stages

- Hands-on with Scrum/Kanban and classical project approaches

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bee4IT

- Structured, analytical, and experienced in commercial processes/tools (sales/CRM)

- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational change management skills

- Understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles and strong analytical/conceptual skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Salesforce or SAP CRM

- Background in process automation/digitalization

- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe)

- Experience in international/global IT organizations

- Workload: 5 days/ week fulltime

- Location: Mostly remote, some onsite in Sofia
