You will work with a leading organization in the technology and electronics industry, ensuring the highest quality standards for cutting-edge CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions. Key Responsibilities:
QA Oversight: Oversee the entire QA process, ensuring all testing activities are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Test Case Development: Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to create detailed and comprehensive test cases.
Testing Execution: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing.
Feature Validation: Validate performance of features like call routing, IVR functionality, omnichannel communication, and reporting.
Who You Are:
A QA professional with 2-3 years of experience in testing and quality assurance.
Proficient in developing test cases and executing various testing methodologies.
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Experienced in working with CCaaS platforms or contact center technologies (preferred).
