Dear Consultant,
We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Test Manager to define and govern the testing framework for a large-scale enterprise network transformation programme.
The programme replaces legacy Cisco infrastructure with HPe Aruba technologies across underlay, SD-WAN and SD-LAN environments, covering routers, switches and access points.
The role focuses on establishing structured QA processes, test governance and quality assurance across internal engineering teams and third-party providers.

Scope: Global enterprise network transformation
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the QA and Test Management Framework
Develop QA policy, quality plan and testing strategy
Lead test phases including integration, performance, security and UAT
Establish quality gates and entry/exit criteria
Produce quality assurance reports and test summaries
Coordinate testing with engineering teams and service providers
Govern multi-vendor testing environments
Drive quality culture across internal teams and partners
Required Experience
Experience leading QA and testing within large network transformation programmes
Knowledge of WAN, LAN, SD-WAN and wireless networks
Experience working with Cisco and HPe Aruba environments
Experience managing multi-vendor network delivery environments
Knowledge of structured QA frameworks (ISTQB / TMAP or equivalent)
Strong stakeholder communication skills
