Your tasks:
- The reception has to be covered between 08:00 am and 05:00 pm - Monday to Friday
- Welcome and register clients and suppliers at Hitachi Energy HQ
- Badge Management including parking
- Answer and forward incoming mail and parcels from courier services
Your experience/knowledge:
- Candidates do not need previous experience. Any previous experience working on Reception is a big plus
- Fluent in German and have a good level of English
- Fluency in English and German
Your soft skills:
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A high degree of self-organisation and time management
- Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
