Description

We are currently looking for a Release Train Engineer for long term project in the Pharma sector.

You must be a SAFe certified Release Train Engineer (3-5 years experience) for the EMEA region. The consultant can be based anywhere in EMEA region (no on-site presence needed).

The consultant must have proven experience of working in large international organizations with distributed teams and must have proven experience in large SAP programs (HealthCare experience is a definite added-value, but not mandatory). The team that the consultant will be working with is a team of 5+ consultants.

There are many scrum teams working on dependents backlogs please see below responsibilities.

  • create an environment that facilitates positive team health as well as provide guidance, teach their teams, leaders and scrum masters about the combination of Lean and Agile management practices and ideologies.
  • create and communicate the annual calendars for iterations and PIs; facilitate PI planning and readiness; and summarize the PI objectives and publish them to provide visibility and transparency.
  • create retrospective improvement roadmaps by analysing all activities and actions that have previously been performed and finding ways to improve each process.
  • Assisting with periodic synchronization meetings.
  • Helping track features and capabilities throughout development.
  • Providing feedback on resourcing to address critical impediments
  • Facilitating relationships between their teams and other departments
  • Understanding the budget and operating within its constraints
  • Collaborating with project PMO to maintain solid program execution and operational excellence

The position is for 18 months, with desired start in-June.
