Requirements Manager, 6 months, £600pd, Inside IR35, Dorset
Parity Group are delighted to partner with a client in the public sector, who are looking to recruit a Requirements Manager on an initial 6 month contract.
This will be a hybrid role with offices being located in Dorset. You will be on site 3 days per week.
You will be working alongside the Systems and Test Lead to document, analyse, trace, prioritise and agree requirements of all types.
You will require SC Clearance for this role.
Key Activities:
- Maintenance of the system requirements database in DOORS
- Authority working group attendance as required
- Mapping of emerging requirements
- Management of SRD proposed changes
- Preparation of requirements related material for Authority reviews
- Definition of derived subsystem requirements
Skills required:
- Proven record in requirements definition, derivation and acceptance
- Competence in the following:
- Systems engineering life cycles;
- Communications technologies, such as IP Networking, VOIP, Point-to-Point radio links, 4G/5G/6G mobile technologies, network security, network management
- Windows and Linux operating systems, including Virtualisation
- Commercial or military networks, enterprise level designs
- Information Assurance (IA) and product security
- Security architectures, COTS integration and virtualisation
- Current and emerging technologies and roadmaps
- Design standards mandated by ITN (FMN Spiral 4, Def Stan, STANAG etc.)
