Our client is at a critical stage of expanding their influence across Europe with a strong focus on sustainable financial practices. The challenge lies in integrating ESG principles into their compliance framework to meet the growing demand for responsible investing.
Assignment Details:
- Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Hybrid (minimum of 1-2 days a week on-site)
- Hours per week: 36 hours
- Duration: 12 month extendable
- Hourly rate: In consultation
I'm looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in IT, Economics, Law, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with ESG certification.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or ESG implementation, preferably in a regulated financial environment.
- Is fluent in Dutch, German, and English.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements such as Wft, Wwft, MiFID II, DORA, GDPR, and ESG reporting standards.
- Is proactive, with an analytical mindset and a meticulous attention to detail.

- Developing and refining risk management and compliance strategies with an emphasis on ESG principles.
