Rolling Stock Expert (m/f/d) | 12 Months + | India

Currently, I am looking for a Rolling Stock Expert (m/f/d) for one of our clients in the railway industry.

Project Framework:

Start: ASAP

End: 02.10.2025

Workload: 40h/week

Place of project: India

Tasks:

• Topic: Commissioning specifications and tenders
• Preparation of commissioning specifications and tender documents: Definition of detailed technical and operational requirements that rail vehicles must meet to be commissioned safely and efficiently
• Preparation of technical specifications, including vehicle components, safety standards, operational requirements, and maintenance procedures
• Preparation of the technical parts of the tender documents: Creating and editing technical documentation to be sent to potential suppliers and service providers
• Collaboration and coordination with other departments

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Completed education or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Railway Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar education
• Experience in carrying out one or two projects, ideally in the area of high-speed traffic (HGV)
• Rail vehicle expert specializing in the maintenance, inspection, design, and optimization of rail vehicles
• Preferably experience as a Rolling Stock Expert - Electrical/Mechanical/Maintenance/Team Lead
