Job Description:
12+ years of experience in telecom Rollout operation, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.Extensive experience with RAN, vRAN, and O-RAN architectures in multi-vendor environments.4G, 5G NSA/SA, ORAN, CU ,DU
Telco experience required
Language Requirements:German (Must)
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Develop and execute the overall strategy for E2E rolllout based O-RAN/vRAN kind of deployment, aligning with business objectives.
Lead high-level design and architecture discussions for largescale, multi-vendor RAN deployments.
Provide technical direction to teams to ensure alignment with industry standards (3GPP, O-RAN Alliance).
Ensure multi-vendor interoperability and end-to-end system Integration, performance and workflow optimization.
Lead large-scale RAN implementation and integration projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
Drive innovation in integration processes, leveraging automation and CI/CD pipelines for efficiency.
Stay updated on emerging trends in RAN and cloud-native technologies, incorporating best practices into projects.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance integration capabilities.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Support customer engagements, demos, and troubleshooting
activities.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and security protocols for RAN deployments.
Define team objectives, allocate resources, and ensure timely project execution.
Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
required to manage dependencies and risks.
Skills
