Lead Recruiting and Onboarding Template Rollout to Poland (max. 1000 employees)
Scope of Task:
The external contractor takes on the following tasks within the project, which are carried out independently:
-SF Recruiting and Onboarding Implementation based on existing template.
-Prepare and conduct Kickoff Workshop
-Present the Global Template to the client
-Conduct the local deviation requirements sessions with PL client
-Configure Recruiting & Onboarding local deviations
-Conduct iteration testing and UAT, i.e. defect resolution
-Conduct admin training and handover to client
All necessary information and documents will be provided by SAP in advance.
Must-have:
Polish language skills
+4 years experience of SF HXM Recruiting/Onboarding implementation full end-to-end cycle
Success Factors Recruiting and Onboarding Implementation based on existing template.
