SAC Financial Planning Techno-Functional Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our growing SAP Data & Analytics practice as a Techno-Functional Lead for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP planning solutions, exceptional communication and workshop facilitation skills, and a strong background working with Global System Integrators or Big 4 consulting firms.

This role involves shaping and delivering SAC Planning solutions in complex, global environments-bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Techno-Functional Lead for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning engagements.
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of SAC Planning solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and SAP best practices.
Strong experience in workshop preparation and facilitation, including functional requirement gathering and process mapping.
Work experience in Retail and Automotive sectors is a plus.
Strong documentation and solution articulation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus depending on region.

Required Skills & Experience:

15+ years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics, with strong solution architecture and delivery background.
Deep expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning - must have led at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
Familiarity with SAP BPC for Planning is a plus.
Proven experience delivering SAC Finance and data transformation programs in an S/4HANA environment.
Experience working in or with Global System Integrators or Big 4s is mandatory.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including ability to engage with both IT and business stakeholders.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, ensuring that planning solutions deliver measurable outcomes.
Provide leadership across workstream delivery, planning, and issue resolution.
