As part of our international expansion, we are looking for a Sales Director for the MENA region to drive enterprise business development and establish long-term strategic client relationships.


Your Role

As Sales Director MENA, you will be responsible for growing Spirit Experts’ footprint in the region by leveraging your own strong enterprise network to win high-value consulting service deals. This is not a product sales role – the focus is entirely on IT services and consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate and close enterprise-level consulting deals in IT Security, AI, Cloud, and IT Transformation.
  2. Leverage your existing network of enterprise decision-makers in the MENA region to open doors and secure partnerships.
  3. Build long-term client relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Heads of IT, etc.).
  4. Represent Spirit Experts at industry events to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
  5. Collaborate with our leadership team in Europe to align on strategy and delivery.


Your Profile
  1. Proven track record in enterprise B2B consulting services sales (not product sales).
  2. Strong existing C-level network within MENA enterprises.
  3. Demonstrated ability to close large and complex consulting contracts.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  5. Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
  6. Based in or with deep connections to the MENA market.
