Salesforce Account Manager - £pd (inside IR35) - Hybrid/London

My client, a leader in their field are on the lookout for a Salesforce Account Manager to support the Alliances Manager and to build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, partners and clients within the salesforce ecosystem. The successful candidate will effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and expand my clients successful market presence delivering Salesforce solutions.

This role is inside IR35

Responsibilities

  • Establish, enhance and maintain deep, collaborative relationships with Salesforce
  • Understand the Salesforce organization, roles and individuals
  • Understand how Salesforce values its channel partners and what its expectations are of its partners
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships within the business's Salesforce Practice and related teams, including marketing and delivery teams
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with the Salesforce Partner Managers in Europe
  • Formulate and track alliance performance metrics and measurements on a weekly basis
  • Create win wires for new wins to share with Salesforce
  • Actively promote the Publicis Sapient brand within the various partner and channel teams; ensure awareness of our competitive differentiators and client success stories
  • Support the Head of Marketing for EMEA with any in region events that drive pipeline and build our credibility and brand in the marketplace. Either Direct to Salesforce or Client based. Track ROI post event

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience of software, services sales or professional consulting experience
  • Prior alliances experience a plus
  • Highly developed social skills to maintain positive partner relationships at all levels of organizations
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Proven track record developing and managing partnerships and driving partner account activity and meeting/exceeding revenue target
  • Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills
  • Must be creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to sell and drive revenue
