We are looking for an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Business Analyst to support our CRM initiatives and ensure seamless integration and optimization of business processes across both platforms. This role involves close collaboration with CRM Consultants, managing project scope, and driving projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering requirements, configuring platforms, and supporting business units through the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with CRM Consultants to define project scope and size.
Drive project execution using Agile methodologies and facilitate workshops to gather and analyze requirements.
Map current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) processes, aligning them with business objectives.
Create epics and user stories for Salesforce Engineers, offering platform design suggestions.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure test outputs meet the required business solutions.
Support stakeholders and business units through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage bug triage.
Assist Salesforce Engineers with root cause analysis of technical issues.
Provide Train-the-Trainer sessions and functional documentation for end-users.
Support projects during post-go-live and hyper-care phases to ensure smooth transitions.
Configure and customize Salesforce and HubSpot platforms according to business needs.
Develop and maintain HubSpot workflows, reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business operations.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and HubSpot systems.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Extensive experience in CRM B2B process excellence, including sales, service support/care, and process mapping.
2+ years of experience working on the Salesforce.com platform.
3+ years of experience working with HubSpot, managing Marketing Emails, Contacts, and Salesforce integration.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
HubSpot Marketing Certification.
HubSpot CRM Data Migration Certification.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum).
Experience using process design tools (e.g., Signavio).
Preferred Qualifications:
Consulting experience within the retail industry.
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
HubSpot Email Marketing Course certification.
Experience with Jira and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform capabilities.
