Our client, a leading financial services organization, is embarking on a greenfield implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of this mission-critical platform from the ground up.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of this mission-critical platform from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end technical architecture of Salesforce FSC implementation. -
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with industry best practices. -
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and product owners. -
Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs. -
Ensure integration with external systems via APIs, middleware, and other tools. -
Establish technical governance, code standards, and DevOps best practices. -
Support deployment strategies, data migrations, and environment management.
Required Experience:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, preferably in financial services. -
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - mandatory. -
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, LWC, and data modeling. -
Experience with Salesforce integrations, security model, and performance optimization. -
Track record of greenfield Salesforce implementations. -
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to Have:

Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect, CTA prep). -
Experience with CI/CD tooling and Salesforce DevOps practices. -
Familiarity with Belgian or EU financial regulatory environments.
Work Environment:

Hybrid model: 2 days/week on-site in Belgium. -
Collaborative, agile delivery team. -
English-speaking environment (Dutch/French a plus).
