About the Role: We are seeking an SAP ABAP Developer with up to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on exciting, live projects and gain valuable hands-on experience in a real-world environment. You will contribute to the development, customization, and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring that they meet business requirements and optimize processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and troubleshoot SAP customizations and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Perform debugging, testing, and deployment of ABAP code in live systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP modules.
- Ensure the performance and efficiency of developed applications.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- Support the troubleshooting and resolution of SAP-related issues.
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming.
- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP and related technologies.
- Experience with key ABAP concepts such as Data Dictionary, Reports, ALV, BAPI, Smartforms, SAPscript, etc.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
- Strong attention to detail and quality in code delivery.
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) for communication with internal teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Desirable:
- Experience in an SAP live environment.
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, or FI is a plus.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.
