What's the project's context?

We are seeking an SAP ABAP Developer (EWM) to join the Design & Build team for the I2D table (Intralogistics-to-Demand) and assume a primary role in delivering IT requirements for SAP S/4HANA projects, with a strong focus on the EWM module.

CPT is the abbreviation for Consumer Products and Trade and consists of the S/4 HANA template that will be used! Our CPT D&B project runs on a hybrid-agile way with 6 month long releases, based on 4 week long sprints. We are a global, hybrid working team.

Main task/activity:

> SAP Landscape Analysis – Assess business processes and SAP IT landscape to anticipate and mitigate system challenges.
> ABAP Development – Develop and maintain ABAP objects for EWM, MM, and WM per business requirements.
> SAP Best Practices – Apply SAP OSS notes and follow established methodologies (e.g., ASAP).
> Documentation & Quality Assurance – Ensure high-quality code with proper documentation, analysis, design, and testing.
> SAP EWM Program Development – Design and develop complex programs to enhance warehouse operations.
> Problem Solving – Identify, analyze, and recommend solutions for complex application issues.
> Effective Communication – Convey technical concepts and project updates clearly in writing and speech.
> Project Execution & Training – Independently manage projects and provide user training as needed.
> Collaboration – Maintain strong working relationships with clients, technical teams, and end users.

Other tasks and activities:

> OO ABAP & ITS Expertise – Skilled in Object-Oriented ABAP and Internet Transaction Server (ITS).
> SAP EWM ABAP – Experienced in RF Screen development, PPF, enhancements, and CIF.
> Warehouse Monitor & Alerts – Configures and maintains warehouse monitoring and alert systems in SAP EWM.
