Project Description
For a large international SAP S/4HANA transformation program, we are currently seeking experienced SAP CO Functional & Technical Consultants (m/f/d).
The project is part of a global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation in the Energy and Automation industry and involves the rollout of a standardized SAP template across multiple countries.
The consultants will support Retrofit delivery and post-implementation enhancements, ensuring that controlling processes are optimized and aligned with the global template.
Your Responsibilities

Retrofit Delivery & Enhancements
  1. Execute Retrofit activities related to SAP Controlling processes
  2. Analyze process gaps identified during the implementation phase
  3. Design solutions aligned with global SAP templates
  4. Configure SAP CO modules and ensure consistency with the global architecture
Integration & Compliance
  1. Ensure integration between FI, CO, and logistics modules
  2. Maintain system connectivity between SAP and related applications
  3. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
Technical Support
  1. Provide deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Controlling processes
  2. Support technical teams with functional requirements
  3. Troubleshoot issues related to Retrofit activities
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams
Documentation
  1. Maintain technical and functional documentation
  2. Ensure proper knowledge transfer to operational teams
Your Profile
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CO
  2. Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects
  3. Strong knowledge of Controlling processes (Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis)
  4. Experience with international SAP rollout programs
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work in complex transformation environments
  7. Fluent in Hungarian and English
