SAP Cutover Manager

Darwin are working with an Internet Marketplace Platform company and they are looking to take on a SAP Cutover Manager to support with multiple S4/Hana projects

Location: Remote (Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Italy)
Contract Length: 4 Months (Extension)
Rate: €€€ Depending on experience

Overview

The Cutover Manager oversees the transition of critical business data and processes, ensuring minimal disruption. This role focuses on managing cutover activities for systems like Workday, SAP, Onestream, and other integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutover Planning: Develop detailed plans, schedules, and dependencies, aligning with project timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage business users, IT teams, and vendors, ensuring readiness and clear communication.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans.
• Execution & Coordination: Oversee cutover activities, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing. Conduct rehearsals to validate readiness.
• Post-Cutover Support: Ensure system stability, conduct post-implementation reviews, and document lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Proven track record in managing cutovers for large-scale ERP implementations, particularly in SAP and Onestream.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in project management tools, data migration, and system integration.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
