Description
Required skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in EWM solutions with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- SAP EWM: Expert level-Comprehensive experience with end-to-end EWM implementations, from warehouse design to system optimization.
- SAP MM: Advanced-Expertise in material master data management, procurement processes& integration with EWM.
- SAP WM: Advanced-In-depth knowledge of Legacy WM, with hands-on experience in transitioning to EWM.
- SAP SD: Intermediate- Understanding of sales order processing, inventory management & how they integrate with EWM for order fulfillment.
- SAP TM: Intermediate-Experience with transportation planning & integration with warehouse processes.
- SAP PP: Intermediate-Knowledge of production scheduling & material flow from production to warehouse, ensuring seamless integration with EWM
Leadership capabilities:
- Proven track record of leading teams in large-scale SAP EWM implementations and optimizations.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders across various business functions, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills, helping team members develop their technical and functional expertise.
- Experienced in defining the strategic direction for SAP EWM solutions, including system design, integration, and execution
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with senior leadership and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Industry knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and its specific logistics challenges, such as high-volume inventory management and complex supply chains.
- Specialized knowledge of the brewery industry, particularly the importance of batch traceability, production planning, and efficient warehouse operations in a highly regulated environment.
- Extensive experience implementing SAP solutions tailored for the beverage industry, including compliance with industry standards and integrating warehouse operations with manufacturing and distribution.
