CONTEXT
The client is engaged in a multi-year digital transformation program. This transformation concerns all business lines. The purpose of this transformation is mainly to :
- Harmonize the processes
- Deploy the SAP Core Model and an ecosystem of business applications (Yard Management, EProcurement, organization of deliveries and logistics flows)
- Accompany the business lines and employees in the change inherent to their function, their scope and their organization
- Rationalize the application mapping (Group tools entry, legacy tools exit)
- Develop an autonomous and agile community within the business in terms of reporting and data analytics (Tableau, SAP BW)
During 2022, the solution was deployed in one business sector (200 sites), then in other business sectors. (95 sites).
Over , the ambition is to continue the deployment of SAP ECC 6, on the Y business
It is in this context that we are looking for an AMOA SAP FICO consultant with a CO focus to support us in this project.
MAIN MISSIONS
The main mission is to assist the cost accounting business throughout the project of data migration to the Core Model solution.
Non-exhaustive list of the main tasks to be performed :
- Analysis of the need, writing of the functional specifications
- Identify the gaps between the current solution and the target solution
- Clean up existing data to prepare for migration
- Set up the analytical structure creation files and the mapping files
- Write user test cases and participate in UAT workshops
- Data quality control during test and production migrations
- Post Go-Live / Hypercare support
QUALITIES AND SKILLS
Experience in Project Management on SAP FI & CO modules with functional knowledge on CO (analytical structure parameterization, allocation rules, SKF ).
Proven experience in SAP transformation and implementation projects within multidisciplinary and international teams
In addition to the FI CO modules, experience in management control is expected
- Autonomy, personal involvement
- Analytical skills, rigor and method
- Teamwork, interpersonal skills
- English language, read, written and spoken in a professional context. Frequent exchanges with the project management (MOE) located in Europe
- French language is a plus
