We're currently supporting a leading consultancy on an exciting international SAP project in the Benelux region. They're looking for experienced SAP HCM Consultants to support a major HR transformation programme, offering full remote flexibility and competitive freelance rates.

- 3+ years' experience in SAP HCM (PA/OM/PY/PT)
- Strong background in system customizing, incident management, and test support
- Comfortable with ABAP debugging and working alongside development teams
- Experience in international or remote project environments
Nice to have:
- Fiori (ESS/MSS)
- Exposure to Austrain/ German payroll or HR regulations
- German or Dutch language skills
