Our client is seeking an experienced SAP HR PA/OM Consultant to support and enhance their existing global SAP HR landscape. This is a long-term assignment with an initial 12-month contract, highly likely to be extended.
You will play a key role in providing global support, system maintenance, and hands-on configuration across SAP HR Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
Work Model by Location- Malaysia: 3 days onsite + 2 days remote per week
- India: 3 days onsite + 2 days remote per week
- Philippines: Fully remote (5 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide global support for SAP HR PA and OM modules.
- Perform hands-on configuration and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely functional solutions.
- Maintain HR master data structures, organizational models, and infotypes.
- Collaborate with global HR and IT teams to improve system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with global HR processes and governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an SAP HR PA/OM functional consultant.
- Strong hands-on configuration skills in both PA and OM.
- Experience supporting and maintaining large/global SAP HR environments.
- Excellent communication skills with full proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a distributed global team.
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to other SAP HCM components (Time, Payroll, etc.).
- Experience working in global support or multi-region HR environments.
