Our client is looking for an experienced SAP HR PY & TM Consultants to join their global HR technology team on a 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
You'll be responsible for global support, system maintenance, and hands-on configuration across SAP HR Payroll (PY) and Time Management (TM) modules.
Work Model by Location- Malaysia: 3 days onsite + 2 days remote per week
- Philippines: Fully remote (5 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide global support for SAP HR Payroll and Time Management.
- Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Manage payroll schemas, rules, time evaluation, and time-related data structures.
- Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Ensure compliance with global HR processes and system governance.
- Support enhancements, change requests, and ongoing system improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as an SAP HR PY/TM functional consultant.
- Proven hands-on configuration background in both Payroll and Time Management.
- Solid understanding of schemas, PCRs, TM rules, and integration with other HCM areas.
- Experience providing global support across multi-country environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality functional solutions.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience integrating PY/TM with other SAP HCM modules.
- Background in large, complex multinational organizations.
