Role description:
SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and SAP Payroll expertise, particularly with Spanish Payroll localization, here are the key requirements and responsibilities to consider:
Spanish Payroll Localization:
In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll laws and regulations is crucial, as Spain has specific payroll rules, including statutory requirements such as tax calculations, social security contributions, and employee benefits.
Experience with local legal compliance and updates, such as IRPF (Spanish Income Tax) and Social Security contributions specific to Spain, is required.
SAP Payroll Customization:
Ability to configure and customize SAP Payroll settings to accommodate Spanish-specific processes, such as severance payments (finiquito) and annual tax adjustments.
Experience with SAP Payroll schemas, rules, and calculating overtime, bonuses, and other compensation structures aligned with Spanish regulations.
Support and Maintenance:
Ability to provide ongoing support for payroll processing in Spain, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution, and managing any legal changes that affect payroll processing.
Preferred Experience:
Full-cycle implementations of SAP HCM and Payroll solutions, with specific experience in Spanish payroll projects.
Experience in handling SAP upgrades and S/4HANA migrations related to payroll systems.
This combination of skills and experience will be highly beneficial for projects involving SAP Payroll in Spain.
