SAP PEO Stream Lead Consultant

Darwin Recruitment is supporting a global manufacturing organisation on a major SAP S/4HANA & Ariba Core Model transformation. We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PEO Stream Lead to lead the Production Engineering & Operations workstream across an international rollout.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior SAP Manufacturing consultant with strong leadership experience and a background in global template deployments.

Location: Remote + Travel to Octeville-sur-Mer (France) OR Parma (Italy) (3 days every 2 weeks)

Contract Length: 6 Months (Extension Likely)

Remote Work: Hybrid (Remote + Travel)

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA PEO workstream and manage a team of 2-4 consultants.
• Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and promote SAP best practices.
• Configure Production Engineering & Operations processes, including routing, operations, PRTs and work instructions.
• Support major assembly manufacturing processes and SAP PP integration.
• Lead business workshops, Fit/Gap analysis and solution design.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including PP, QM, MM, PS, FI and CO.
• Support integration with SAP MES, PLM and Digital Manufacturing solutions.
