SAP PM Consultant / SAP PM Developer

Contract / Freelance | Hybrid | Food & Beverage Environment
We are supporting a manufacturing site in Belgium that is currently implementing SAP PM as part of a wider digital maintenance initiative. The project is moving from preparation into testing and training, and additional SAP PM support is required on site to ensure delivery without impacting daily maintenance operations.
This role suits an SAP PM consultant or junior project engineer who enjoys working close to the shop floor, supporting users, and growing with a long-term SAP roadmap that includes SAP S/4HANA.
Your responsibilities
  1. Support the on-site SAP PM implementation during testing and rollout
  2. Assist with SAP PM functionality, validation, and issue resolution
  3. Support preparation and validation of maintenance master data
  4. Train key users and support user adoption on the shop floor
  5. Coordinate daily with the central SAP project team
  6. Act as an additional delivery resource alongside the internal maintenance planner
Your profile
  1. Hands-on experience with SAP PM (implementation or rollout projects)
  2. Strong understanding of maintenance processes and field operations
  3. Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  4. Able to train users and work collaboratively in a team setting
  5. Willing to be predominantly on-site
  6. English required for project meetings with the central team
  7. French required for on-site communication
